Enable multi-language for Inspection Forms

Since many companies in the Maximo user community operates globally, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency across different regions is critical. To support diverse workforce and maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence, I propose enabling translations for Maximo Inspection Forms.

Currently the Inspection Forms are created per language and you would need to created language specific Job templates for different regions. To enable creating truly global templates it would be beneficial if the Inspection Forms would support translations.

    We currently don't have a safe tool that translates transactional data, or customer-created data. Our translation cycles goes through highly specialized professionals and that involve static data only, provided by IBM, when it comes to customer data, there's no safe way to do so, making sure the intent of the text remains the same with no prejudice to the form precision or safety.
