Work Orders (RBA) - List view should show work type and not the work type description for multiple reasons

Reasons:

- The work type description is much wider than five characters and will take up more room
- The description is not a unique attribute and may be repeated multiple times as it is in the MAXDEMO database
- The description does not exist in the WORKORDER table, and you can't then sort by the field.
-  Filtering by the work type description would perform badly in comparison to using the WORKTYPE attribute.

Apart from these points, visually it is quicker to interpret a short code rather than read a description, and most Maximo users would know and reference the codes in everyday language, instead of the description. People referring to a work order will say it is a PM, not Preventive Maintenance, EM, not Emergency Maintenance, CM not Corrective Maintenance. Status is an acceptable code, why not Work Type?
