This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).

When you select assets, you may have defined contract lines which reference rotating items, you must have authorized sites, therefore the Select More Assets dialog which does not even restrict to the assets of the organization of the contract is inappropriate, you must start filtering, probably in multiple fields, possibly with multiple selections of rotating items, before you can filter to the assets that would get validated when they are entered into the Associated Assets table. Also, the default is to filter for OPERATING assets, so you may need to change this to NOTREADY, another step to make in the filtering. The Select More Assets dialog is too difficult to use in the context of a lease/rental contract.
A new multi-select lookup should be provided which restricts assets by the authorized sites, restricts to assets that are not at DECOMMISSIONED status, and adds a default filter for the referenced rotating items that are on the contract lines (this can be removed by the user). Columns for ASSETNUM, DESCRIPTION, SITE, LOCATION, STATUS, ITEMNUM, ASSETTYPE. It should not be possible to select an asset that would raise an error message when added to the Associated Assets table.
