View Item Availability - Location Tab should have Reorder, Status and Site fields

The View Item Availability dialog is used widely. If the item has a quantity available and a current balance of zero, this does not stop a reservation from being created. When you are trying to stop items from being reordered you first unset the reorder field, then change status to PENDOBS and later OBSOLETE. At PENDOBS a user can still create a reservation which is likely to remain unsatisfied because the storeroom has chosen to stop reordering the item.

It should be more obvious that an item will not be reordered to satisfy a reservation that I might make, by showing the Reorder and Status field on the Location tab of the View Item Availability dialog. The Site field is useful because multiple sites may have the same storeroom name. The MAXDEMO database has CENTRAL in several sites, and you cannot tell which one has availability.
