Signature Security option to change status on storeroom item from OBSOLETE to ACTIVE if ACTIVE at Item/Org level.

If the Item/Organization status for an item is ACTIVE and a storeroom status is OBSOLETE, then it should be possible to change status on the storeroom item back to ACTIVE if the inventory team decide to restock the item. Currently you cannot change status when an item has reached OBSOLETE. This would be a Signature Security setting, and enabled only if a client needs it, it may be disabled immediately afterwards, therefore can be treated as a one-off action, rather than using SQL.

This comes about more frequently when there is a hub-spoke arrangement for inventory. A decision is made to only allow ordering of item from the Central storeroom (hub), a year later they want to reverse that decision and allow the satellite storerooms (spokes) to store locally. In between, the satellite storerooms have had the item's status changed to OBSOLETE in the storerooms.
