JMS Queue depth Monitoring.

Hi Team, I would like to raise an idea to provide a way to the client to setup the escalation on the JMS queues which can trigger an email when the messages stop processing from the particular queue. Current when the integration stop working client will not know immediately if that client is not keeping an eye on the queue if that particular queue is processing messages are stop processing any messages. If we provide a way via which client can get a notification for this kind of issue it will help us eliminate cases as well as client can troubleshoot by themself. Please let me know if you need any oher details.

    Hi Lisa, Hope you are doing good. I am loking for config / place inside Manage for the client so they did not have to wait for the SRE team to provide the monitoring or for the on-prem client to enable the telemetric monitoring. If we can do something in the product itself to get this alert out that will make mostly SaaS based client more independent. Thanks

    Telemetric monitoring can be enabled for queue depths - delivered in 9.0
