Add Table Domains to Inspection Forms and Inspection Results

While preparing a use case for a client, I encountered a need for inspection forms to facilitate the execution of audits and safety drills, such as those mandated by the ISM (International Maritime Organization) like Man Overboard, Fire Drill, Oil Pollution, and other vessel-related safety drills.

To ensure accurate validation and evaluation, a list of attendees must be recorded at the end of each drill using an inspection-based evaluation form. Given that all attendees are individuals or users in Maximo, it would have been ideal if the inspection form supported table domains.

This would enable the evaluator to select attendees from a predefined list of active persons or users. Regrettably, the current MAS9 Inspection Form Manager only accommodates ALN or Numeric domains.

This would be a valuable addition since many inspection forms, whether for audits or other purposes, often necessitate a similar feature. The use of table domains would greatly enhance user experience by providing a predefined and restricted list for selection.
