In the Service Request application, filter out history records by default as in Work Order Tracking

In the Service Request application, when a user goes into the application and presses the Enter key, all SRs in the system are retrieved, both active and closed/historical.  This application has a History? flag in the More Search Fields, but it is not populated with "N" by default.  In Work Order Tracking, this is pre-populated with "N" by default, so that historical work orders are not retrieved unless the user has a need to view these by going to the More Search Fields and clearing the History box.  The Service Request application should work the same way, since historical SRs are not as frequently needed in user searches.  This will improve performance in this application since all queries will be able to use the indexed historyflag column by default.
