Custom servernames in MAS

The mxserver names are the same for all the Manage servers by default.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to set mxe.servername to the hostname of the pod.

If mxe.servername is specified for the bundle, the servers within a bundle have the same name.

The one that differentiate the servers are the java jvm name, that is only written out to serversession record and not accessible anywhere else. There is no functionality at code level to do this and any manual change will be lost on redeployment of pod.

Hi - cannot link the name to the generated pod. Should use JVM name for this purpose.
