Inventory reservations should be removed when the originating record (MR/DR, WO) is cancelled

As a warehouse manager
I want maximo to clean-up my reservations for old/outdated records (Cancelled Invuse, Cancelled MR, Cancelled WO, Closed WO without withdrawal)
Such that my automac reorder cronjob gives a clean recommendation for replenishment

We are using the automatic cronjob to generate draft PR's based on our current stock levels and hard reservations in the system.
Often requests are filed and never collected. The respective teams are tasked to then cancel their request.
In the background the maximo inventory reservations are not deleted. 

There should be a button or crontask in Maximo to identify and remove these old reservations in bulk. Right now we can only delete them 1 row at a time.

    Thank you for your submission. It would be helpful if you could document the steps that are being taken to reproduce this situation. Specifically the statement 'The respective teams are tasked to then cancel their request.' Which document is being cancelled? PR? MR? Thank you.
