Our team has reviewed this enhancement request and determined that it is a candidate for inclusion in the product. Apporach would be to create a system property to globally restore these up/down arrows. It will be set to false by default, but can be enabled and live refreshed. The timeline for this delivery is still unknown, but you will be updated when this enhancement is committed to a future release.
