My idea is something I would like to pursue with the IBM Product team.
Maximo Business User Assistant Buddy creation. Once you login to Maximo Application, that will appear in the bottom right corner (as an example).
Business users can use this Assistant when they get stuck on any of their daily tasks while using Maximo. This Buddy will be able to answer their questions. A business process can be an overall process, or it can be in the middle way, where they are stuck. In order to complete this ongoing task in line with their designed business process, this Assistant Buddy can be their Assistant and can ask the End User some counter questions and then guide them.
They can also improve productivity, reduce the backlog of work orders, etc.
If they encounter an error or pop-up and are unable to move, they can create an Incident with IT from Buddy with a single click. This Buddy will automatically pick up all the necessary information for that incident.
As a result, you will be able to save time by not having to contact the Service Desk or the application support team. This will reduce the number of calls received by the Service Desk as well as the Application Support team on a daily basis.
It is important to measure the return on investment on this project. In order to build a model of this train specifically for the client, we may need to build a model.
