Ability to see completed Inspections forms in a List view similar to Work Orders or Assets

Currently using the Role Based Application is good to design the forms and complete them. However there is often the need to query the completed inspection forms based on some metadata, such as: form name, completed by, completed date, status, asset. By having a list view that conforms to the other modules of Maximo Manage, this would allow for all Inspections to be queried the same as other modules.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and identified that inspections is a touch enabled application for Mobile. Since inspections uses Maximo objects, list views can be introduced wherever is needed. If you go to the asset or location apps, for example, you can navigate to View -> Work Details -> Inspections to see related inspection data ... and so the idea will be closed. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future.     PDenny: 2.4.24:  The MAS 9.0 Inspection Form Role Based Application uses 1 query for All Records.   When there are a large number of inspection records, this All Records query (it does filters by user default Site) is very cumbersome,  and not optimized for performance.   This is seen when initially navigating to the app, and also when navigating back to the list (main) page after working on an individual record.

    The ability to create and display multiple queries or views should be enabled for this app.
