As an end user, not a developer, it would be good to be able to export an Inspection form design and Import it. The 2 main use cases here are:
1. When a form is in a Test/Dev environment because it is in development phase and then a regular refresh of that environment occurs from Production to keep the Test data close to Prod data, then it would be good to export the form(s) before the refresh, then import following the refresh to import them in - this would save time creating the form from scratch from the UI
2. Often our process is to create the inspection form in a lower environment such as Test, then promote the inspection form to Prod when complete, the ability to export from one site to another (same version), would help the development process.

As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and identified that migration manager already support exporting/importing inspection forms, so the idea will be closed. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us the privilege of partnering with you in developing our products.
You can import and export inspection forms using Migration Manager, just like other objects in Maximo. For this, you can use the MXAPIINSPFORM object structure.
Alternatively, you can create a custom application for INSPECTIONFORM object and utilize the application import/export feature, for more details please refer to the technote below.
