Add an option to modify white space between table columns to prevent horizontal scrolling

With the new skin of MAS Manage the whitespace between columns is greater than the columns in Maximo 7.6.1.3. With the new skin in MAS Managere many customers complain about the horizontal space needed for tables. If there was an option to change the white space between table columns there is a way to prevent horizontal scrolling in applications.

    Our team has evaluated the request and has determined that here are existing options to overcome the problem you are describing.

    In 9.0, a feature has been added to MAS Administration's configuration area that will allow you to make fine-tune adjustments to the MAS UI. Please visit this link for more information:

    There are instructions there, as well as a template, that will reduce the spacing between columns considerably, and help with the reduction of horizontal scrolling.

    The exact override you are looking for (which is present in the template in the above link) is:

    .tc { /* table column padding */
    padding: 0px 2px !important;
    }

    However, there may be other elements contributing to the horizontal scrolling.
