Count Books - Bin filter selection

When selecting the Bin filter method within the count books module, allow the user to add a filter criteria for contains or does not contain to allow for multiple bins to selected. currently the user need to know every bin and enter a filter, line by line

    FYI - On my end I solved this on my end by using a % as a search wildcard. Upon save multipe (in my case 231 BINs were found for counting) but this would only work if your BIN numbering system has some sort of logic like RACK-SHELF-BIN.

    COUNTBOOKSEL.SELECTIONBIN = "A-%" (without quotes)
