Add a visual identifier on each Work Order to show the lock / unlock status in Graphical Scheduling application

In the “Graphical view” tab, the current functioning allows to lock or unlock a Work Order with the button “Lock/Unlock schedule”.

The only way to check out the locking status is to find among all buttons the right one, identify its state and repeat the operation for each Work Order. This is impractical for operational and daily use with plenty of Work Order / Task to schedule.

 

A simple solution would be to report on each horizontal bar a visual identifier. A planner or a scheduler can so have an overview on all appointments definitely booked with customers. There are two ways to show that : 

First is to frame the concerned horizontal bar.

Second and best solution is to lightening or darkening the color of concerned horizontal bar.
