This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

It would be best if you adjust this using the UI Customization tool in MAS Administration to edit this CSS Class:
table.umtable[data-message-type] {
top: 200px !important;
}
The 200px may push the notifications a bit too low, but can be edited to whatever you prefer.
It is difficult to know what other customization or configuration may be in place that would negate any effort we made to position this element better out-of-the-box. For that reason, I don't believe this is a defect or something we would officially support going forward. You should continue to use the CSS editor to make other adjustments, such as width, to tailor this to your exact liking. It is unlikely that these CSS classes will be changing in the future, so these customizations are low-risk.
Hello Christi and others. Can you please provide a full screenshot that shows your custom title bars/headers? The issue seems to only occur when the custom title bar is present. It would be good to know the common height of that title bar.
Agreed. Since moving to MAS 9 this has been a consistent end user complaint. And since the toolbar icons cannot be left aligned there does not appear to be a way to adjust for this issue.
