Possibility to display preview images in a list

We would like to use the material request to enable decentralised users to order certain items such as racks, furniture, refrigerators, etc. from the central location. 

Unfortunately, we already fail at the first requirement: "material in a goods catalogue (with images)" 

Here is the desired process:

  1. The requester (impersonal user of the location/cost centre) searches for the desired material in a goods catalogue (with images) and orders it using material request (MR), regardless of availability. 
  2. A central point (dispatcher) receives the order and creates an work order from it. 
  3. A logistician/warehouse clerk checks whether the ordered material is in stock and available (not reserved):
    1. if the material is available: reserve/collect the material and deliver it to the location,
    2. if the material is not available: if necessary, request an offer, reorder and deliver to the site.
  4. The material is finally charged to the cost centre via internal allocation before the order is completed.

Because there are dozens of versions of racks, for example, it is important that the user can search for the correct variant using a photo (as in a web shop).

    Thank you for your submission. Item Images are supported as part of the Item master and could then be added to any form or list page across Manage through configuration...including MR lines. We would not consider adding this to ootb forms as images are not broadly used at this time by Maximo users.
