Mass reassign / update functionality

We often have data that requires updating that is referenced across many modules in Maximo and it is currently a time-consuming job to manually update them all.  As an example, if we have a person that is leaving the organisation, they may be nominated as the Supervisor on Job Plans / PMs, assigned Actions, be nominated as the "ship to" person on POs, Incident / Investigation leads, have active workflows, etc.  It would be handy if we could have a function in Maximo that allows us to re-assign all active records from one person to another person.

Similar functionality would be good for Items / Inventory / Labour / Contracts.  We have Job Plans that contain contracted Items and/or Labour and when any of this information changes, it is very time-consuming to find all references to this information, revise the Job Plans, delete old references and create new references.
