- Impact: Customers are unable to mass delete/update/insert on out of the box objects and also custom created objects. Having the flexibility to do within Product will lead to less customer requests, but also in discussions on further customer education on using Application Import/Export, API calls and also Automation Scripting to meet the requirements.

- Backout Plan: If SQL is ran by customer and/or DBA, and is incorrect, DBA will need to restore the database to point in time.

- How Does This Improve The Offering: Customers are familiar with Maximo/Manage and accessibility to database through delets/updates/inserts within Business Partners / On-Prem customers and educating and giving option for this functionality to be exceuted within Product will reduce requests and workloads on DBA team to perform.
