- Impact: Customers require the ability to move data from one environment to another for verification, validation and testing. A use case is taking Production data and importing into TEST, then enabling a new integration or Automation Script and ensuring all the Object Structures and code is working correctly before “promoting” to Production. Functionality exists within Flex.

- Backout Plan: If backflow fails, DBA will need to manually fetch backups, move to instance, then manually import the database.

- How Does This Improve The Offering: Customers in Flex have this option within Self Service Portal. Customers in MAS require similar functionality.
