Allow Maximo Manage to activate more than one Kafka provider at the same time

We are exploring the possibilities to integrate Maximo with various systems (via Kafka) which were hosted on-prem (private) and externally (public). We could connect to Kafka servers successfully and able to produce the messages. But we have come across a challenge when we added another Kafka provider and trying to activate it. Maximo Manage is preventing us to activate both the Kafka providers at the same time.

This is actually blocking us integrate Maximo Manage with multiple Kafka servers. We would propose to enable this functionality.
