Xcode acknowledgements should clear between each status change

X-codes are intended to keep workers safe.  After a job is created, the X-Code must be acknowledged by the manager/task creator to be assigned (ie put in “approved” status).  Once the worker has arrived at the job site, they must both read and acknowledge the X-code in MAS Desktop to put the job “in progress”.

If a job is paused for any reason, or needs to change into any other status – no one else is ever asked to acknowledge the X-Code

Sometimes a job can be stopped for anywhere from a day to a Year, and these safety warnings are simply marked as “acknowledged” permanently after being put in progress the very first time.  This is dangerous for any client who may need to pause or hold a job for any period, or who needs to change the assigned worker to a job.

X-codes are not out of the box Maxmo capability. The Idea is requesting a change to this behaviour. Is there something that base Maximo is doing to prevent the custom capability working correctly?
