Allow Setting Finish No Later Than (FNLT) Date via SLA Application

Currently, the Maximo SLA application allows users to define SLAs based on the Target End date of a work order. However, in many scenarios, the Finish No Later Than (FNLT) date is the more critical driver for work completion, particularly in Corrective Maintenance (CM) scenarios related to regulatory compliance, safety concerns, or operational necessities.

New Commitment Type: A new commitment type called "Constraint" will be added to the SLA application. This commitment type will be configured to set or update the FNLT date on a work order.

Thank you for submitting feedback. At this time we are not considering adding this specific commitment type to SLA but we are investigating the possibility of making commitments more configurable. This would allow for the use case mentioned.
