Modify datatype from Varchar to Vargraphic

We have received a request to convert all columns from VARCHAR to VARGRAPHIC on all the tables in the database as Customer is moving to multi language support for the product. Request is to modify these changes as part of UPDATEDB or any other process instead of DBA manual work.

- Sample Cases: 586658: ALN datatypes in Maximo are ill defined as VARCHAR in the database instead of VARGRAPHIC., SREDBA-1151 -- Request for Review and Approval of VARCHAR to VARGRAPHIC Conversion Scripts

- Problem Description: Team have identified an issue with the datatype definitions in the database. Currently, ALN datatypes in Maximo are defined as VARCHAR instead of VARGRAPHIC, which is incorrect. As part of supporting non-English characters, we need to modify the column type from VARCHAR to VARGRAPHIC. This issue exists across all fields. The client DB size is around 450G and there are some tables which has 47 million records.

- Backout Plan: No backout plan as present ALN is not supporting non-English characters.

- How Does This Improve The Offering: It helps the customer to use multi language support for the product .
