Add functionality to modify a staged bin name

Provide functionality to allow a user to change a staged bin name. In some cases the staging area is found to be too small so it needs to move to another staging bin. Currently there is not functionality in Maximo to provide a useful and quick way to do this for a user. According to IBM support you would need to cancel the stage and restage everything. This may be fine for 1 or 2 lines but if you are staging 50+ this is a lot of "rework" for the business. This is an important quality of life functionality for an enterprise software package.
