Work Log is tracking user name inconsistently

When users are updating their work the 'Work Log' table in the 'Work Order Tracking (HSE)' "created by" field is updated differently in the Work Log table depending on how they access Maximo. If they access using MAS SaaS, it updates with the 'Display name' and their 'personID', but if they update using MAS Mobile it doesn't track all of the information, only part of it. No matter how the user logs in, the MAS system should be tracking all of the information properly.

    Thanks for your feedback. As per your description, this sounds to be a bug. Please open a support ticket for investigation and if appropriate, the team will provide a fix.

    I have not seen any updates on this request, so I am resubmitting the issue between the MAS code and the mobile code (see below).  It's clear that the Mobile code is missing the displayname update.  

    MAS code:

    Let worklog = {

       create by:

    this.app.clientusernInfo.Personid |

    this.app.client.userInfo.displayName,

     

    Mobile code:

    Let worklog = {

       create by: this.app.clientusernInfo.Personid,

     

    Please advise when the client will get a response/solution.
