Cant navigate back to work order tracking from an inspection form

If in work order tracking and you go to complete an inspection form then you cant seem to navigate back to work order tracking after completing (or partially completing) the inspection form. The only way i can get back is to go to the waffle icon and then go back to my start centre. This means that you are out of the work order and have to go back into it again

    Thank you for your submission. This issue has been resolved by providing a breadcrumb that will return the user from the Inspection Form application to work order tracking. Please refer to this case TS019682861 for details on fix availability and delivery. It is also being backported to 8.11, 9.0 fix streams.
