Include ibmmas/cli image in mas mirror-images

In a disconnected installation of MAS, all images have to be mirrored to a local registry. This can be done with the mas mirror-images command. However, the installation and update pipelines also need the ibmmas/cli image to be available in the local registry, otherwise image-pull-errors will be raised. Now, the ibmmas/cli image is not included in the list of images that are mirrored. Therefore, this image has to be pulled and pushed to the local registry first, with the risk that the digest will change and the image can not be found by the pipeline. It would be an enhancement if this image would automatically be included in the list of images that are mirrored with the mas mirror-images command.
