Operational Dashboard - KPI Value - Link to KPI Comparison with option to select KPIs by KPI Template

In order to replace the Start Centers with Operational Dashboard the KPI Value card needs to be able to launch to another KPI. The KPI Manager has a Link to KPI capability. However, it would be more useful to drill down from a KPI Value to a set of KPIs representing the next level down, i.e. to link a KPI Value card to a KPI Comparison card which may be defined but not displayed in the Operational Dashboard in order to save real-estate. A KPI Template can be used to create a set of similar KPIs for comparison, so the selection of KPIs should include the KPI Template from which it was created.
