SERVICEABILITY - Include queue name into email notification for integration errors

When configuring email for a queue in External Systems / Add Modify queues email that is sent for an error in the specific queue does not have the Queue name neither in the Subject or in the content. It has exactly the same format as email sent to with just using mxe.int.admintoemail.

There should be information about the specific queue in the email.

a) When configured for specific queue - have queue name in the Subject

b) When just using mxe.int.admintoemail, have more details of the Integration error in reference to the queue. The email content only shows Message id in the Message reprocessing application + stack.

Example:

An error occured in an integration transaction. Review the 1171117538730665151304 error file in the Message Reprocessing application for information about the transaction that caused the error. psdi.util.MXApplicationException:

The text "An error occured in an integration transaction" should have details of queue and External System affected
