Hello Team,
From the customer’s perspective, this functionality is important because technicians may start entering meter readings in a Work Order and then be interrupted for different operational reasons, such as an emergency, legal break, or end of shift.
When this happens, having direct access to previous readings from the meter entry screen would help the technician quickly understand where the work was left off and continue entering the remaining measurements without losing time or relying on manual notes.
Currently, the technician may need to manually keep track of the last completed entry or navigate through different records to identify what has already been reported. This creates inefficiency and increases the risk of errors.
The customer has also indicated that this concern appears to be shared by other clients, so they believe this could be reconsidered for future versions. In any case, they would also like to understand whether this could be assessed as a possible development/customization in order to evaluate the best path forward.
Regards,
Matteo Mottola
