Route inbound emails through AI engine so that the e-mail listener can consume natural language e-mails

Currently, all inbound email traffic to be consumed by the email listener has to be in a predefined format in order to be properly processed. The suggestion is to pass emails which do not meet this format or are conversational in nature, through an AI interpretation layer, converting the information held into the required format for processing. Alternatively, alter the functionality of the email listener app to incorporate this into the app natively.
