AssistIQ – AI-powered analyst support

As Maximo continues to evolve—with increasing complexity, expanding architecture, and rapid technological changes—it has become increasingly challenging for even experienced analysts to stay current across all components. This knowledge gap can lead to delays in problem diagnosis, ultimately impacting business users who must wait for resolutions.

Analyzing logs, particularly within the Maximo Application Suite, has become more difficult due to:

  • Limited or restricted access to production OpenShift terminals

  • Delays in log visibility through tools like Splunk

  • Lower default log levels that provide insufficient diagnostic detail

  • Elevated log levels that, while helpful, can quickly consume storage in cloud environments

These challenges make manual log analysis time-consuming and inefficient, especially when dealing with large log files.

To address this, we propose an AI-powered assistant that can:

  • Rapidly analyze Maximo logs

  • Identify probable root causes based on historical patterns and feedback

  • Provide actionable insights to IT analysts and Maximo consultants in real time

This intelligent assistant will significantly reduce diagnostic time, improve support responsiveness, and enhance overall system reliability—while also enabling analysts to focus on higher-value tasks.
