Request to change the non-edit toggles to colored (black) instead of gray

It would be nice if non-editable toggles would have color when they are enabled as they are currently easily overlooked since it blends in. Users are not used to the gray background, they would like to see this field to stick out like when it is editable and changes to green.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. We truly value our relationship with you and appreciate your willingness to share details about your experience, your recommendations, and ideas. Our team has reviewed this enhancement request and in 9.1, the toggles have been removed. They now appear as check boxes. However, there is still a very minimal contrast on disabled checkboxes. This is in accordance with the Carbon Design System and is fully compliant in terms of accessibility.

However, in 9.0, the ability to customize the CSS was added, which would allow you to change the color of toggles, checkboxes, and much of the UI. You can read the documentation for that tooling here.
