Add option to specify what package to install using MAS API

When deploying migration packages using MAS API there is no option to know what file is actually deployed before issuing the API call. You upload the file and then initiate the actual deploy and hope that the file you just uploaded is the one that gets installed. If the are multiple files in the staging directory there is no way of knowing which one it will be, and if the one being deployed has an error, the file will not be removed and will probably block other packages from being deployed. At the moment the only way is to delete all files before uploading a new. It would be much easier/better if the API had an option to specify the exact file to deploy.
