Once a Tool transaction has been added to Actuals tab in Work Order Tracking, allow it to remove/replace

We have many cases where users added incorrect Tool transaction  to Actuals tab in Work Order Tracking and then not able to remove. User community would like to change this configuration and have ability to remove a tool (in case tool added incorrectly by mistake)

    There is a recently introduced option in Administration, Organizations under Calibration Options to 'Automatically Approve Tools Transactions on Save' - if you turn that off you will be able to delete the transactions. The maxvar name is 'PLUSCAPPRTOOLS'.
