UI improvement for selecting permission in applications

SRE team has help to install a fresh instance for AWS SaaS and we found the following issue

Users faced issues where it become difficult to work with Support team as multiple features are unavailable when Support team help to troubleshoot.
The root cause is MAXADMIN is missing the necessary permission/entitlement in v9.1.1

To fix the issue, users have to do the following, which a bigger issue is found.
Under "Suite" --> "Security" --> "Security Groups"
Select MAXADMIN
Click the "Edit" button, go to "Applications" tab
Select necessary applications and check the box to enable the permissions

The default MAXADMIN only comes with around 800 permissions checked for Manage.
Manage has close to 5000 permissions.
There is no select all button or any drop down to quickly select all the permissions.
I spent 3 hours manually checking all the boxes for all Manage applications in order to enable all the features in Manage.

We will need 2 fixes over here:
1) Set the default MAXADMIN to have all permissions enabled.
2) Improve the UI to have a select all button when selecting applications/permissions, which also help a lot when admin create new groups.

Thank you for the submission. The ability to select all when setting up security groups is planned for the next release. In the meantime, the Manage Security Groups is still available for making updates.

This can't be considered a great modification to the UI when it requires my team to spend 3 hours checking boxes because there isn't a "select all" option. He had to borrow someone else's mouse to make it better from an ergonomic standpoint!
