@Guest Thank you for submitting the Idea, we appreciate the feedback. For this use case, what would be the criteria for an item to be considered during the generation of a Count Book or in AdHoc counting? Would it be the item having been added to the Storeroom and being Active / Pending obsolescence? (Currently the requirement also includes it having a balance record, would removing that be the only change to achieve the desired goal?)
Agreed, every item should be counted.
If an item is physically present but lacks an inventory balance record, it blocks accurate reconciliation. It would be helpful if Manage/Mobile could auto create the record during a count, allowing teams to update stock levels immediately and maintain inventory accuracy.
