Enable options to store executed BIRT report output from Maximo to a specific server location

Provision to refer the identified server location for Manual & Scheduled reports, where BIRT reports output can land once after the successful execution.

This will help :

- The user to store BIRT report output to the server location.  
- Scheduled reports can be pointed to the storage location, which can be archived when needed.
- Other system can access the report output and use it as input for further system processing.
 

All Business Users who would need report output to be stored in the specific server location for further processing in other system, would be beneficial.
