Align Data Validation for Entry of Meter Reading Date/ Time Across Assets, Work Order Tracking and Condition Monitoring Applications

In the Assets application for any type of meter it is not possible to enter a meter reading with a reading date/ time that is equal to the last reading date/ time.

In the Work Order Tracking and Condition Monitoring applications for any type of meter it is possible to enter a meter reading with a reading date/ time equal to the last reading date/ time.

This makes it difficult to determine the true last meter reading when multiple readings have the same reading date/ time.

We would like the s MASM-I-1642ame data validation that is applied on the meter reading date/ time in the Assets application to also be applied when entering readings for all types of meters in the Work Order Tracking and Condition Monitoring applications. It should not be possible to enter a reading for any type of meter with a reading date/ time that is equal to the last reading date/ time.

As part of IBM Case TS020385074 it was recommended to enter this as an Idea.
