Enable audit logging for GROUPUSER updates performed through SCIM API

We have enabled audit on GROUPUSER to track when a user is added to or removed from a security group. This works correctly when the change is made manually through the Users application.

However, when the update comes through the SCIM API (and is synchronized to Manage), the audit table is not updated. IBM Support confirmed this is “working as designed,” as SCIM/LDAP sync uses SQL statements that bypass audit triggers. See Case number TS020654013 for reference.

For security, compliance, and traceability, it is important that all changes to user-group relationships are auditable, regardless of whether they originate from manual actions or automated identity management systems.

Request:
Please enhance MAS/Manage so that GROUPUSER audit records are generated for SCIM-driven changes just as they are for manual UI actions.

Business impact:
This limitation results in missing audit history for access changes, which can impact compliance, troubleshooting, and security reviews.
