Need an option to rearrange the inspection question sequence while modifying Inspection forms in sub sections Merged

In Inspection App, while working on Revision/Edit options within a section, we don't have an option to re-arrange the order of question (inserting in between) Eg: file upload option. Suppose I want to insert a new question in between 1 and 2 and if the total question in the section is 10 then the new question will get added at 11th place and to make it 2nd question, we need to delete all questions from 2-10th place and re-add it. this causes lot of re-work to maintain the forms.

Like the re-arrange option (drag and drop) in the header level for the inspection, we need ability with the sub-section questions also.
