Add dashboard-level filters to Operational Dashboards

For management, building a dashboard that can be filtered down to specific groups (for example), would make them much easier to manage. 

Example: Building Manager wants to see a dashboard of all open work in his building. It may be a combination of work orders, service requests, etc. If the building manager wants to see the work/metrics for just a singular group within the building (say Electrical work vs Plumbing vs Janitorial), it'd be nice to have a filter at the top of the dashboard to filter all the KPIs/metrics, lists, etc down to just that group (or groups) so he can see the backlog, or service requests, or whatever for JUST that group, then quickly jump back to the overall building. Currently, you either need to replicate the same charts/KPIs/etc multiple times on the same dashboard, or create multiple dashboards. This is unwieldly when dealing with 10+ groups in a building.
