Asset Meter Condition Monitoring validation in Maximo Mobile Inspections

Maximo Mobile Inspection questions should validate and enforce values set in "Upper Limits" and "Lower Limits" in Asset Meter Condition Monitoring. And Job Plans associated to Upper and Lower Limits should be validated and enforced when populating data in Maximo Mobile (see attachment). Currently, when authoring an electronic inspection in Maximo Mobile, a user has to recreate the upper and lower limits for Actions and Warnings. This cause double work to configure the values in Manage and Inspections. It also creates risk of discrepancies developing in the data values between modules.
