Expression Builder to validate the formula

We are looking for a functionality in inspection form where User/Technician can create java script formulas/Method and use them to drive the value for single question response or multiple question response . We are looking for kind of feature like Expression Builder to validate the user formula ( example Maximo has SQL builder in condition Expression ).

    Thank you for your request. It would be helpful if we could get some additional information on exactly what is being looked for...who is the user that is doing this? Someone creating the inspection form question? Can you give an example of what would be created and what the validation would provide? Validation is different than condition expression builder...so an example would be very helpful.
