Inventory-balance-report optimization

An outcome of a recent performance review, this report was identified by IBM SRE to be inefficient.  the following tuning opportunities were identified.  Implementing these changes would prevent negatively impacting system performance.

N+1 subqueries causing repetitive scans on the same data.
Multiple UNION ALL statements leading to duplicate logic and additional overhead.

    Going through the skillcase, it looks to me this is regarding the Maximo Inventory optimization platform not Manage? please correct me if i am worng

    Which report is it?

    Sometimes, it is difficult to have very efficient SQL when data are combined from the different tables with various conditions.
