Possibility of editing rich text editor minimum width in IBM Manage

Currently, the minimum width of a rich text editor is hardcoded to 648px. While the width is editable in Application Designer, any value under 648 will have no effect when setting it up. This can be explained in regards to preserving the structure of the icon bar on top and the size of the icons.


That being said, there should be either:

documentation explaining the limitation

change in the Application Designer approach to default the value to 648 when setting a lower one

display a warning in Application Designer when attempting to set a lower value than 648
