Simple Method to Enhance UI Customization through CSS

It would be useful for system admins to be able to customize the UI specific to the application. This would allow for a more streamlined experience for the end user.

I'm happy to inform you that there are indeed CSS editing capabilities in 9.0 which will allow you to take complete control of the CSS (at your own risk). This tooling is part of the Suite Administration area and you can use two browser tabs (one to edit the CSS, and another to view/refresh the target page after saving your CSS). Please note that this is not available in some SaaS offerings.

You can use css attribute selector for this.

For Maximo Manage's 'classic' (non-Graphite) apps, use body[data-current-appid="wotrack"] (it's in Graphite-based 'Manage Shell') or body[data-appid="designer"] (this one is in the JSP-based inner part).

For Graphite-based apps like OPDASHBOARD or RELENGINEER, there is no such data attribute we can utilize.
